The White Concert Repeat!
National Danish broadcaster DR (DR1) has managed to secure the best possible entry into the new year by repeating The White Concert on New Year’s Eve (January 1) at 1:00 AM (CET)!
The day we have all been waiting for
November 22: OK, so this is the 22nd of November. the day we have all been
waiting for: The day The Beatles released their ninth album - “The Beatles”
- a.k.a. “The White Album” - 40 years ago.
We’re celebrating tonight at Forum Horsens where all 30 songs from the album
will be interpreted anew by artists from Denmark, Sweden, Norway and the US.
The show starts at 7:30 PM. That is if you are fortunate enough to have
bought tickets for the event (there are still a few available at the door).
If not, you have to wait for another hour when DR1 commences its broadcast
of the full event at 8:30 PM
We are looking forward to seeing you at Forum Horsens tonight - or on your
TV an hour later.
If you attend the event, don’t forget to wear white!
Most importantly we want you to wear a white top such as a T-shirt, a
sweatshirt or a shirt.

With the addition of five more artists the total number of solo artists and bands is now 30 making the celebration of the 40th anniversary of “The White Album” a historic event in its own right: Never before have that many artists been performing individual songs at a single concert!
We are proud to announce the addition of Norwegian star Rita Eriksen, opera singer Andre Pellegrini, singer/songwriter Marie Frank and Danish hip-hop/reggae/electronica divas Camille Jones & Karen Mukupa to the show.
